Our Boxing Fitness & Ladies Boxing classes are your high-intensity full body workout, incorporating boxing skills and techniques. We like to mix it up, so you won't be doing the same class twice in one week!
What to expect: bag work, pad work, circuit training, strength training, cardio.
Whether you're a competing fighter, or just want to train like one; our Fighters classes focus primarily on the skills and fitness you would need to be a boxer. Anyone who is ready to up-their-game is welcome to join this class.
We have an open door to anyone wanting to join in on our sparring sessions. Just bring your mouth guard, head gear and 16oz gloves! We match everyone based on skill level and size, with our trainers watching and coaching during rounds.
The new-wave of boxing. Our Junior Boxing classes teach the basic skills and techniques of the game, while working their fitness, motor skills and cognitive abilities.
