DO WE NEED TO BRING OUR OWN GLOVES/HEADGEAR?
We encourage our members to bring their own training gear if they have it. However, we do have limited gloves, pads and headgear we can provide during the classes if you don't have any. If you are unsure of what brands, sizes etc to purchase your own, ask one of our trainers and they will be able to recommend the right gear for you.
DO YOU REQUIRE BOOKINGS?
We currently do not require bookings for classes.
IS THERE SPARRING INVOLVED IN FITNESS CLASSES?
No. Our fitness classes do not involve sparring, so you will not need headgear or a mouth guard.
WHAT AGE LIMITS ARE FOR JUNIOR BOXING?
Our Junior Boxing classes are for ages 8-15 years. There is sparring involved so they will require a mouth guard every class.
DO YOU OFFER FREE TRIALS?
We do not offer free trials for our classes or sparring sessions.
DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER FOR SWIPE CARD ACCESS?
Our 24 hour access is only available to those who are on direct debit/members of the gym.
