Our gym offers a training space for fighters and athletes that is unparalleled to anywhere else on the coast. With almost 1000m2, two levels and 24 hour swipe card access, we are able to accommodate all of your training needs. 

Downstairs, we have two boxing rings, 16 punching bags, speed balls, floor-to-ceilings and all the equipment to help fighters train and prepare for fights.

 Upstairs, we have a fully equipped, 24 hour weights gym with top quality Italian brand, Panatta, weight equipment. As well as treadmills, an elliptical walker, assault bikes and free weights.
