Our flexible timetable offers Boxing Fitness classes, Sparring sessions and Junior Boxing throughout the week. With early morning to evening classes, 24/7 swipe access to our fully equipped weights gym and options for Personal Training sessions, we've made sure NBO caters to everyone.
